Student Advising Resourses

Academic advising is considered an integral part of students' experience at the University of Illinois and in particular for the undergraduate students majoring in chemistry or chemical and biomolecular engineering. Each student is assigned to a faculty advisor. The chemistry students and their advisors are listed outside 105 Noyes Lab on the bulletin board and the chemical and biomolecular engineering students may go to 209 RAL for this information. Students should see their advisor at least once a semester, but may find it necessary to see him/her more frequently. Debe Williams in 168 Noyes Lab supports both departments' advising mission. She may be contacted at or at 217/244-8531. Appointments are recommended during the peak advising months of October, November, March and April.
