Coherent ControlProtein FoldingSurface Science
Energy-resolved and ultrafast lasers are ideal tools for probing and manipulating the dynamics of complex chemical systems. We use both sets of tools, augumented by theory, to study problems ranging from the coherent control of energy flow in organic molecules to the folding dynamics of proteins.
